MindCalm is a gamified learning experience about Mindfulness.
MindCalm includes:
- A Storytelling that teaches you the principles of Mindfulness and the way to implement them in your daily life.
- A favorable environment specially designed to help you concentrate and relax, which includes elements and interfaces from games.
- Guided Meditations in the context of the game and instructions to practice yourself.
- Minigames / activities to improve your attention and concentration skills.
MindCalm is NOT a game intended for Gamers:
- There is no punctuation. You will get a gamified interface, short minigames, feedback, achievements and goals, but without punctuation or leader board.
- You are not able to bypass dialogs . Dialogs are one of, if not the main component of the learning experience.
MindCalm is an experience that invites you to disconnect for a while from the daily rat race while learning about the theory and practice of Mindfulness.

In MindCalm you will be able to walk across four islands. You will find a wise owl in each island, who will offer you:
- Some valuable advice for training your mind
- One short exercise and one short minigame/activity
- A suggestion or tip to transfer the learning to your daily life
